Week 2 – Agility X
We are at week 2! Agility X. Week 2 is basically a repeat of week 1. I am not looking forward to completing The Challenge again, but I love Agility X. This is the workout for me. It’s mostly cardio based, which is probably why I like it so much. The types of exercises Tony has you do are definite exercises to help you as an athlete. The squat jump lunge and long jump sprint will help with my leg strength and anaerobic conditioning and help me on the ice at hockey. I was super sweaty at the end of this workout, but can see me popping it in even after I’m done with this program as an off-shoot cardio day.
